  • What shipping methods do you use?
    I use Stamps.com or Paypal shipping to send your order using Priority Mail, Express Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post, International Priority and Express. When possible, I will use Flat Rate Shipping (domestic and international) to save you money and refund any large overpayment back to you. Due to an unfortunate rash of impatient customers, people who type incorrect shipping addresses and careless mail carriers mis-delivering packages, I've recently changed my shipping policies. I do EVERYTHING in my power to ensure your order is packed carefully and shipped quickly. Once it leaves my house I can't be responsible for delivery - it's out of my hands. For that reason I make sure that each customer gets a tracking number via email so that if they need to trace a package they can.

  • Do you combine shipping on multiple item orders?
    Yes. On occasion the shipping calculator may overestimate the shipping, in which case I refund the overage back to you, using your payment method. Generally, more than $5 USD.

  • What forms of payment do you take?
    I accept PAYPAL, Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

  • What is your return policy?
    You have 7 business days, from the date your order arrived, in which to return a product. After this 7 day period all sales are final. Bargain Basement and Clearance Specials are not returnable, and non-refundable. Products that have been opened or used are not returnable unless due to defect. All returned products must be in new and re-sellable condition and returned in their original unopened wrapping and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • How do I do a product return?
    First,email me at hunnybuns@roadrunner.com and tell me what the problem is. Once we have agreed on the return, I will give you further instructions depending on the circumstances of the return. Do NOT attempt to return items without contacting me first. Your money will NOT be refunded in that case.

  • Do you also sell your reborn babies and OOAKs on this site?
    Yes I do. Please see the main menu for new offerings.

  • Do you have a gallery where I can see some of your past dolls?

  • Do you work for the Secrist Company?
    I am not an employee nor contractor with Secrist or any subsidiary. For several years, I acted as professional consultant to Pat and Joanna Secrist. I was also under contract to Secrist Toys as a sculptor.

  • Do you take custom orders for reborn dolls or OOAK sculpted dolls?
    Not at this time.

  • Do you exchange banner links with other reborn artists and sculptors?
    Yes, I do. Email me to exchange banners and links.

  • Do you still teach live reborning classes?
    Watch for links and updates in my blog and on my left sidebar!

  • Do you have a catalog?
    No, I'm sorry I do not. Print media is far too expensive.

  • How can I get wholesale prices?
    I am limiting wholesale accounts in 2015 to international customers only and those who place large minimum orders at least twice per calendar year. If you would like more information please email me and I will send you back my entire policy.
